A digital PR agency gets your company mentioned and linked on news sites, trade blogs and other pages your buyers read. It does this by pitching stories, data and expert comments to journalists. For B2B SaaS, I would shortlist Fourward, Siege Media, Omniscient Digital, Fractl and Green Flag Digital. Published prices in this list run from $375 a link to $120,000 a year.

This post covers what eight agencies cost, which suit B2B SaaS link and mention goals, and the mistakes to avoid when you hire one.

I work at Fourward, which publishes this guide. Fourward is my team, so it is listed first. Every fact about another agency comes from that agency's own website, checked on 7 November 2026. No agency paid to be included.

Key takeaways
  • A digital PR agency is a firm that earns your brand coverage, mentions and links on other websites, mostly by pitching stories and data to journalists.
  • Published prices here start at $375 per link (Editorial.Link) and $2,000 a month (Position Digital). Siege Media starts around $12,000 to $15,000 a month.
  • BuzzStream's agency survey puts the average monthly contract at about $5,458 and the average cost per link at $597.
  • For B2B SaaS, judge an agency by where it gets you mentioned, not how many links it counts. Our guide to GEO (generative engine optimization) for B2B SaaS explains why mentions on other sites help AI answers name you.

What a digital PR agency does

Digital PR (public relations) is press work aimed at websites instead of print. The agency finds a story, pitches it to journalists and editors, then reports the articles that mention or link to you.

You will see the same few terms in every proposal:

  • PlacementAn article on another site that mentions or links to you.
  • DRDomain Rating, a score from Ahrefs for how strong a site's own backlinks are. Higher means stronger.
  • RetainerA fixed monthly fee for ongoing work.
  • Pay per placementYou pay for each article or link you get, not for the hours worked.

Link building is a narrower job. A link-building service sells links, which can include guest posts and listicle spots. A digital PR agency earns coverage that a journalist chose to write.

Key takeaway

Ask every agency the same question: which sites will mention us, and do our buyers read them?

How I picked them

I started from the agencies that come up most in searches for digital PR agencies, and kept those that show B2B or SaaS work. On 7 November 2026 I checked each one's own site for services, who they serve and price.

I didn't hire any of them, so nothing here claims hands-on results. Our team is first, then agencies by fit for B2B SaaS goals, with link-only options last.

My take The pick if you want PR tied to your search and AI visibility work, not bought as a separate retainer. You see the plan and the price in writing before you sign. Book the free audit.

2. Siege Media

Best for SaaS brands with the budget for data-led stories pitched to large news sites.

Siege Media runs digital PR built on data stories. Its team says it is ready to "tell your data driven stories and share them with news media across the globe."

  • What they doCreate PR content, then pitch it to news media.
  • PricingAbout $12,000 to $15,000 a month when Siege both creates the PR content and promotes it.
  • ScaleIts digital PR page title claims 3,000 links a month for clients.

My take A strong choice when you have budget and want coverage on big news sites. Ask how many of those links are on sites your B2B buyers read, not just general news.

3. Omniscient Digital

Best for B2B SaaS teams that want PR as one part of a full organic growth program.

Omniscient Digital homepage, captured 7 Nov 2026.
Omniscient Digital's homepage, captured 7 Nov 2026. beomniscient.com

Omniscient Digital helps "B2B brands turn buyer demand into visibility, consideration, and pipeline across search engines and AI platforms." Digital PR is one of four parts of each program.

  • What they doStrategy, owned content, digital PR, and analytics and revenue optimization.
  • PricingFull-service engagements start at $120,000 a year, which works out to $10,000 a month.
  • Watch outThe homepage shows no PR-only price.

My take The pick when PR should feed your content and pipeline, not run on its own. It is a big commitment if all you want is links.

4. Fractl

Best for Brands that want data-led content campaigns that journalists pick up and link to.

Fractl homepage, captured 7 Nov 2026.

  • PricingNot published. Its buyer's checklist explains what changes the price of digital PR, without giving Fractl's own rates.

My take Worth a call if you can give them data or a product angle to build a campaign on. Read its pricing checklist first, so you know what changes the quote.

Green Flag Digital helps "B2B SaaS and internet-first companies research, strategize, and implement AI-native digital marketing." It says it creates "mutually beneficial content that helps both publishers and brands."

  • What they doAI search and GEO, SEO, digital PR and link building.
  • PricingNot published on its homepage.
  • How it startsA 30-minute intro call.

My take A focused option for B2B SaaS, with PR and AI search from the same firm. Ask for example placements in your category before you sign.

6. Position Digital

Best for SaaS teams that want PR judged by AI visibility, at a lower entry price.

Position Digital homepage, captured 7 Nov 2026.
Position Digital's homepage, captured 7 Nov 2026. position.digital

Position Digital calls itself "a SaaS Digital PR agency that ties outreach activities directly to AI visibility uplift." In plain words, it judges its PR by whether AI answers mention you more often.

  • What they doDigital PR and outreach, measured against AI visibility.
  • PricingStarts from $2,000 a month, in its own guide to SaaS PR agencies published in August 2026. The guide doesn't say what that price includes.

My take The lowest published monthly price among the PR agencies here. Get the scope in writing, since the page doesn't say what $2,000 buys.

7. Bulldog Digital Media

Best for Teams that want a set number of PR placements each month at a fixed price.

Bulldog Digital Media homepage, captured 7 Nov 2026.
Bulldog Digital Media's homepage, captured 7 Nov 2026. bulldogdigitalmedia.com

Bulldog Digital Media has a public price page for backlinks and digital PR. Its prices are in UK pounds.

  • Package£2,600 a month for the backlink and PR package.
  • What it includesTwo DR 50+ PR placements a month, with all content and reporting included.
  • Pay per placement£450 per placement.

My take Easy to budget, since you know the price and placement count before you start. A high DR shows a site is strong, not that your buyers read it, so ask for target sites.

Best for Teams that only need links and want a clear price per link.

Editorial.Link homepage, captured 7 Nov 2026.
Editorial.Link's homepage, captured 7 Nov 2026. editorial.link

Editorial.Link is a link-building service, not a PR agency. It sells links one at a time or in packages, and each package states how many links you get and of what type.

  • What you getEditorial backlinks, guest posts or listicle placements, set per package.
  • PricingA base rate of $375 per backlink. Packages cost less per link.
  • Who it's forIts pricing page doesn't single out B2B SaaS.

My take Useful when you need a few links fast. A paid guest post is not coverage a journalist chose to write, so don't count it as PR.

How much a digital PR agency costs

Agencies price digital PR in three ways: per link, as a monthly package, or as a larger retainer. The table above shows which model each agency uses.

For a market view, BuzzStream surveyed agency leaders and freelancers. Its report was last updated on 12 June 2026. It puts the average monthly contract at about $5,458. Most retainers fall under $10,000 a month, and half are below $5,000. The average cost per link was $597.

Siege Media's cost guide, last updated in August 2024, explains the spread. It says digital PR can start at $5,000 a month for a strong story, and passes $15,000 when new content must be made. For other marketing services, see our SaaS marketing agency pricing guide.

Key takeaway

Divide the price by the placements you would actually want. A cheap link on a site your buyers never read is not cheap.

How to choose a digital PR agency for B2B SaaS

Start with your goal: links for search rankings, mentions in AI answers, or coverage buyers will read. Then match it to your budget.

Mistakes to avoid when hiring a digital PR agency

These five choices waste the most PR budget.

  1. Counting links, not readers. Ask for a list of target sites and check that your buyers read them.
  2. Calling paid placements PR. Paid guest posts and listicle spots can bring links, but no journalist chose to write them.
  3. Hiring without a story. Siege Media's guide says cost rises when new content must be made. Bring data, a product angle or an expert.
  4. Not asking what the price covers. Content, reporting and contract length change the real cost. Our questions to ask a marketing agency help.
  5. Ignoring AI answers. Check which sites ChatGPT and Google's AI answers cite for your category, then ask the agency to target them.

FAQs

What is the best digital PR agency for B2B SaaS?

It depends on budget and goal. For PR run with search and AI visibility, start with Fourward. For large data-led campaigns, look at Siege Media or Fractl.

How much does a digital PR agency cost?

Published prices here run from $375 a link (Editorial.Link) to about $15,000 a month (Siege Media). BuzzStream's survey puts the average monthly contract at about $5,458.

No. Digital PR earns coverage that journalists choose to write, and links often come with it. Link building gets links directly, sometimes through paid guest posts.
