Who we are

Fourward is a marketing team for B2B SaaS companies, based in India. This policy covers fourwardhq.com, the free tools on it and the Fourward MCP server at https://www.fourwardhq.com/mcp. For any privacy question or request, email us.

What we collect

When you visit the website

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4, which records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. It sets cookies to do this.
• Saved in your browser. The site stores a few items in your browser's local storage: AI visibility check results for 24 hours, so a repeat check loads instantly, and your name and email if you ask for a report, so the form is filled in next time. They stay on your device.

When you use the AI visibility check on the website

• We record the domain you checked, its results, the page you were on, the page that sent you, your time zone, your browser language, your browser's user agent and the time. We use this to see how the tool is used and which companies are interested in our services.

When you contact us, book a call, ask for a report or sign up for emails

• We collect what you type into the form: your name, email, company and message, or the time slot and time zone you picked. We use it to reply, send the report, arrange the call or send the emails you asked for.

When you use the AI crawler checker

• The domain you enter is sent to our server, which reads that site's public robots.txt, llms.txt and homepage. We don't store the domain or the result.

When an AI assistant uses our MCP server

• What we receive. Only what a tool call contains: the domain to check. We don't receive your conversation, your account details or anything else from the assistant.
• What we keep. We don't store or log MCP requests. The public result for each domain is cached for up to 12 hours so repeat checks are fast, without anything about who asked.
• Request data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent to deliver and protect the service.

What our tools read

The AI visibility check and the AI crawler checker only read public information: the website being checked, and public knowledge sources about it. To do this our server or your browser sends the domain to Wikidata, Wikipedia and DuckDuckGo's instant answer API, and may read pages through Jina Reader and Microlink when a site can't be read directly.

Who we share data with

• Cloudflare hosts the website, the tools and the MCP server.
• Google provides Google Analytics, and Google Sheets with Apps Script, where check results and form messages are stored.
• FormSubmit delivers form messages by email if our main form service is unavailable.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Check results and form messages: up to 24 months, then deleted. Sooner if you ask.
• Google Analytics data: as set in our Google Analytics retention settings.
• MCP results: up to 12 hours in the cache. Nothing else is kept.

Your choices

• You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.
• You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The site still works without them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we collect or use data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
